Rackspace has completed their work in stabilizing their infrastructure and are continuing to monitor the system for errors, most of which they are automatically fixing. Over the weekend Rackspace has worked through a system-wide cleanup to address the after-effects of the high system load experienced last week. The load was the result of an unknown bug that impacted an effort to proactively double system capacity. The issue where some customers may have experienced an issue with checking in guests from the Staff App while using Apple devices has been resolved.

Customers using the Staff App with Apple devices are experiencing an issue where they cannot check in guests from the guest list. This issue is not affecting Android users of the Staff App. This issue is being investigated by our development team.
